Section 2. Sales Tax
All Illinois residents must pay a sales tax of 6.25%. This tax is only on the purchase price and does not include the shipping cost. If you are not a resident of Illinois, no sales tax is due.

Section 3. Cancellation Policy and Changing Order Policy

1. Cancellation - You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order. Your order will be cancelled through your Paypal transaction only. There is a Paypal per transaction fee of $ 0.30 and 1.9% to 2.9% of total transaction amount that may be imposed depending what form of payment you used. If you are a member of Paypal, you may log into the Paypal site and cancel your order under your transaction records. If you are not a member of Paypal, or wish for me to cancel it, please use this form at Cancel/Change Order Form or directly e-mail your name, your e-mail address and the Paypal Transaction ID number (example Transaction ID: 15Y15151YY15151Y) to admin@lisascatloverspages.com. Please include 'Cancel My Order' in the subject line of the e-mail.
2. Change Order - You may also change your order within this 48 hour period. If removing an item, a refund will be given through Paypal. If adding a new item, you will be sent an invoice through Paypal for the additional charges and your entire order will be held until the payment is received. You may fill out the form for an order change at Cancel/Change Order Form or directly e-mail your name, your e-mail address and the Paypal Transaction ID number (example Transaction ID: 15Y15151YY15151Y) to admin@lisascatloverspages.com. Please include 'Change My Order' in the subject line of the e-mail.

Section 4. Return Policy For Refund or Replacement
There is a Paypal per transaction fee of $ 0.30 and 1.9% to 2.9% of total transaction amount.

1. Cat Toys - For health reasons, cat toys can not be returned. An e-mail to admin@lisascatloverspages.com or snail mail to the business address explaining the default of the toy, problem with the toy, or just the fact that your cat did not like this toy will be required for a refund. This letter will need to include your name, address, contact information, the invoice number of the transaction and whether you are requesting a replacement of the same item or a refund. It does not need to be complicated, I just need the letter for tax purposes. I will replace your toy with the same item free of charge or I will refund your entire purchase amount minus the Paypal fees if applicable (depending on what type of payment you used for Paypal). If your reason states that you suspect your cat is allergic to a toy, only a refund can be given. The refund will be paid through Paypal to the e-mail address used for the purchase. By requesting the refund or replacement for any reason, you agree that the cat toy being replaced will be discarded. This refund policy is invalid 30 days after the shipment date and no refunds will be issued after this time limit expires.
2. All Other Items - I try to describe my items for sale as accurately as possible. If for some reason you are not pleased with your item or find a default, you may return it for a refund. You will need to include a reason for returning the item. All items must be mailed back in the original package that you received them in. You will be refunded the purchase price only of the item or items minus the Paypal transaction fees if applicable (depending on what form of payment form you used for Paypal). The shipping cost will not be refunded. The refund will be paid through Paypal to the e-mail address used for the purchase. This refund policy is invalid 30 days after the shipment date and no refunds will be issued after this time limit expires.
