1. Cancellation Policy and Changing Order Policy
- Online Payment
Cancellation - You may
cancel your order within 24 hours of
placing your order. Your order will be
cancelled through your Paypal, AlertPay
or Google Checkout transaction, whichever
payment processor was used for the order.
Please use this form at Cancel/Change Order
Form or
directly email me your
name, items ordered and the payment type
used.
- Change Order
- You may also change your order within
this 24 hour period. If removing an item,
a refund will be given through Paypal.
AlertPay or Google Checkout. If adding a
new item, you will be sent an invoice for
the additional charges and your entire
order will be held until the payment is
received. You may fill out the form for
an order change at Cancel/Change Order
Form or directly email me
your name, items ordered and the payment
type used .

2. Return Policy For
Refund or Replacement
- Cat Toys
- For health reasons, cat toys can not be
returned. Email me
explaining the default of the toy,
problem with the toy, or just the fact
that your cat did not like this toy for a
refund. For faster service this email
should include your name, address, the
invoice number and whether you are
requesting a replacement of the same item
or a refund. It does not need to be
complicated, I just need the letter for
tax purposes. I will replace your toy
with the same item free of charge or I
will refund the amount paid for that
particular cat toy. If your reason states
that you suspect your cat is allergic to
a toy, only a refund can be given. The
refund will be paid through PayPal,
AlertPay or Google Checkout, whichever
payment processor was used for the
original order. If the purchase was paid
for with a Money Order, Cashiers Check or
Personal check, a refund will be issued
through a money order, minus the fees for
the money order. By requesting the refund
or replacement for any reason, you agree
that the cat toy being replaced or
refunded will be discarded. This refund
and replacement policy is invalid 30 days
after the shipment date and no refunds or
replacements will be issued after this
time limit expires.
- All Other Items
- I try to describe my items for sale as
accurately as possible. If for some
reason you are not pleased with your item
or find a default, you may return it for
a refund. You will need to include a
reason for returning the item. All items
must be mailed back in the original
package that you received them in. You
will be refunded the purchase price only
of the item or items minus the
transaction fees if applicable for Paypal
and Google Checkout.(depending on what
form of payment form you used). The
shipping cost will not be refunded. The
refund will be paid through PayPal,
AlertPay or Google Checkout, whichever
payment processor was used for the
original order. If the purchase was paid
for with a Money Order, Cashiers Check or
Personal check, a refund of the purchase
price only will be issued through a money
order or cashiers check, minus the fees
for the money order or cashiers check and
the cost of delivery confirmation. This
refund policy is invalid 30 days after
the shipment date and no refunds will be
issued after this time limit expires.
This
policy is in effect as of July 06, 2007 to the
present date. This policy will be updated as
needed. Updates to policy will be listed below
with the calender date that they became
effective.
Revised
On March 18th, 2009. Additional payment options
added and the cancellation, return and refund
policie changed to cover these new payment
options. Cancellation and change order time
period for PayPal and AlertPay changed from 48
hours to 24 hours to expediate the shipment of
orders.

title, PayPal Sections 1:1 and 1:2. Changed all
phrases of '48 hours' to '2 business days'. Added
Google Checkout to payment information and the
cancellation, return and refund policie were
updated to cover Google Checkout.
