1. Payment Information On Credit Cards, PayPal,
Google Checkout, AlertPay, Money Orders And
Personal Checks. US Residents And US Funds Only.
- Credit Cards
Through PayPal For Everyone
- You do not have to be a member of
PayPal to use this service. Accepted
major credit cards are Visa, Mastercard,
Discover and American Express. This site
is set up to use the PayPal shopping
cart. Simply add the items to the cart,
or if after adding multiple items, click
View Cart and then click Proceed To
Checkout. A page will open to the PayPal
processing page. Please use the
information on the left hand side of the
page and ignore the Log In on the right
hand side of the page. The process of
checking out will be similar to all other
types of shopping cart check out pages.
You will need to supply your email
address, shipping address, telephone
number and credit card information on
this page and then click the Confirm to
continue. Upon completion of your order,
a receipt will be sent to you by PayPal
at the email address you provided. Of
course after checkout, PayPal may ask you
if you want to register as a user, but
you may select not to become a registered
user and your payment will still be
processed. Using PayPal is actually twice
as secure than a check out within my
site. No one will be able to obtain your
purchase information from my site,
because it will not be on my site to
obtain. I will not have access to your
financial information or telephone
number. Only PayPal has access to your
financial information and that
information will be unknown to me. Please
check PayPal's Terms of use & Policy
links at the bottom of the checkout page
if you are concerned with how PayPal uses
your information.
- PayPal Members
- You may use any of your funding
options. This site is set up to use the
PayPal shopping cart. Use the Add To Cart
feature, View Cart, and then Proceed To
Checkout out to be brought to the PayPal
Log In on the right hand side of the page
(ignore the credit card info on the left
hand side, this is for non PayPal members
only). Simply log in with your user email
and password and an order transaction
page will be displayed with all the
information. Choose your payment option,
double check all information and then
click the Confirm button. A receipt will
be sent to your provided email address or
you may log in to PayPal at any time to
find the order details under the Your
Account tab.
- Google
Checkout - You will need to
already have a Google Checkout account. You
may use any of your Google Checkout
payment options. Do not use the add to
cart features on this site as they are
for PayPal only. Simply email me with the items you
wish to order and I will send a Google
Checkout invoice. If
you are an Illinois resident, please let
me know so I can add the sales tax to
your order, see Section 2 below. You have seven days
from the time the invoice is emailed to
make the payment. After the seven days, I
will consider the order abandoned and
that you have changed your mind.
- AlertPay Funds
Only - No credit cards or
bank cards payments will be accepted. I
only have a verified personal account at
this time. You may pay out of your
AlertPay existing funds only. All orders
payed with a credit card will be denied
and your order cancelled. Do not use the
add to cart features on this site as they
are for PayPal only. Please email me
with the items you wish to order and I
will send you an invoice. If you are an
Illinois resident, please let me know so
I can add the sales tax to your order,
see Section 2 below. You have seven days
from the time the invoice is emailed to
make the payment. After the seven days, I
will consider the order abandoned and
that you have changed your mind.
- Money Orders,
Cashiers Checks - I will
gladly take money orders and cashier
checks. Do not use the add to cart
features on this site as they are for
PayPal only. Please email me
with the items you wish to order and I
will send you an invoice. Simply print
out the invoice and mail it with your
payment. It is wise to have a delivery
confirmation in case of lost or stolen
mail. I am not responsible for lost or
stolen mail. If you are an Illinois
resident, please let me know so I can add
the sales tax to your order, see Section
2 below. A notification will be sent once
your payment has been recived. You have 2
weeks from the time the invoice is
emailed to you to send payment. Your
items will be shipped within 2 normal
business days of receipt of payment. See Privacy Policy for this type of
payment.
- Personal Checks
- US funds and US addresses only. Do not
use the add to cart features on this site
as they are for PayPal only. Please email me
with the items you wish to order and I
will send you an invoice. Simply print
out the invoice and mail it with your
payment. It is wise to have a delivery
confirmation in case of lost or stolen
mail. I am not responsible for lost or
stolen mail. If you are an Illinois
resident, please let me know so I can add
the sales tax to your order, see Section
2 below. A notification will be sent once
your payment has been recived. You have 2
weeks from the time the invoice is
emailed to you to send payment. Checks
under the number of 200 and for amounts
more than $25.00 will have a 2 week
waiting period on the shipment of the
order to make sure the check clears. Most
other US checks will result in the order
being processed and shipped within 2
normal business days. Please remember
that writing a check without having
sufficient funds is a crime and I am
experienced in the procedures of
collection and filing prosecution for
such actions under the guidance of my
lawyer. If for some reason a check looks
suspicious, or contains a signature other
than the name listed on the account, I
retain the right to decline the payment,
cancel the order and the check will be
mailed back to you with a delivery
confirmation. See Privacy Policy for this type of
payment.
Section
2. Sales Tax
All Illinois residents must pay a
sales tax of 6.25%. This tax is only on the
purchase price and does not include the shipping
cost. If you are not a resident of Illinois, no
sales tax is due.
This
payment policy is in effect as of July 06, 2007
to the present date. This policy will be updated
as needed. Updates to policy will be listed below
with the calender date that they became
effective.
Revised
On March 18th, 2009. Additional payment options
added and the cancellation, return and refund
policie changed to cover these new payment
options. Cancellation and change order time
period for PayPal and AlertPay changed from 48
hours to 24 hours to expediate the shipment of
orders.

On April 28th, 2009. Updated Section 1 main
title, PayPal Sections 1:1 and 1:2. Changed all
phrases of '48 hours' to '2 business days'. Added
Google Checkout to payment information and the
cancellation, return and refund policie were
updated to cover Google Checkout.
